Q. Are decorations available on Euro products?

A. Yes, there are five patterns available on ALPINE shape: Blueberry, Daisies, Larkspur, Presidio, and Olives. Eight key accessory items are stocked for immediate delivery. Additional pieces fro a complete service may be produced on a made to order basis, providing minimum quantities are sufficient.

Q. What is Rubicon?

A. Rubicon is a new high-strength, super-white dinnerware available from Vertex early 2001. Rubicon should prove to be the STRONGEST commercial china available, and will be backed by a factory three-year chip warranty.

Q. Are decorations available on Rubicon?

A. There are six exciting, stylish decorations to be stocked for immediate delivery on Rubicon body. These designs are mostly done in colorful earth tones and pastels, and will be called the Palm Springs Collection.

Q. Do your products have lead?

A. All Vertex products are LEAD FREE and FDA approved.

Q. Are all lines oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe?

A. Yes

Q. Can dishes be put on the stovetop?

A. No.

Q. Does your china have glazed foot?

A. No, but most collections are carefully hand-polished to provide better wearing characteristic.

Q. Is your china vitrified?

A. Yes.

Q. Do you produce custom decorations?

Q. What does MTO mean?

A. Make to order. The product is made when the order is placed. All our decorated orders are MTO.

Q. Where do you ship?

A. Our merchandise is shipped from our distributor or factory warehouses located in Los Angeles, New Jersey, and Shenzhen, China.

Q. What is your free freight policy?

A. US$2,500.00 net order freight prepaid on undecorated items within 48 states of U.S.A.

Q. What is the minimum order?

A. Minimum $150.00 net. There will be US$15.00 charge for orders under US$150.00 net.

Q. Are samples available? Is there a cost to me for the samples?

A. Yes. The sample usually is free, except it is custom artwork. For samples going overseas, we require customers to pay the freight. You may e-mail your inquiry to cs@vertexchina.com or fax to 909-595-1993.

Q. What is the standard lead-time?

A. We ship most orders complete within 48 hours.

Q. When will new items be available?

A. We are always developing new items. If you are interested in a large quantity of a special item, we will be happy to discuss your needs.

Q. Can restaurant owners buy direct?

A. Vertex is available through a worldwide network of distributors. Large national chain accounts should speak to Mr. Ken Joyce, our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, who will discuss distribution options. at:
